An Alpharetta resident for over 35 years, Katie has witnessed firsthand the tremendous changes our city
has undergone. She knows Alpharetta’s history and what it takes to secure a bright future.
Katie has received a number of accolades for her service to the community, including the Greater North
Fulton Chamber of Commerce Pioneer Award and the US Army Commander’s Award for Public Service. She has
volunteered her time on boards for former Governor Sonny Perdue’s Education Task Force and the Alpharetta
High School Foundation, among others.
Katie holds a degree in marketing from the University of Kentucky. She and her husband, Cliff, raised
their three children in Alpharetta, with one graduating from Milton HS and two graduating from Alpharetta
HS.
